Honestly the worst experience I've had in a dispensary to date. Took notice of a promotion online for a 10% stackable early bird special called verified the promotion, got to the store and was told they could stack 5% due to my selection being discounted. Stepped out for a moment came back in and low and behold could no longer honor the discount at all. The manager was very unprofessional and condescending attempting to show me her own corporate print out of promotion rules and regulations as if every consumer has that. Very disappointed with lack of care, respect, professional communication. Will not be returning to any fluent location ever again nor will I be recommending any of my friends, family and any newcomers asking for recommendations. Stay clear of this place

What can I say, I love this place. Great sales and discounts, friendly and knowledgable budtenders, quick service, and the best loyalty rewards. I love the exotic and rare strains from FTH and Origins, and their Moods carts too.

The staff gets all five stars, they are amazing. I know most of them. Three stars is because the quality and prices of the products. I used to exclusively shop at Fluent, but they started raising their prices WAY too high. The only strains really worth paying for are premium, $65 for an eighth???! ABSOLUTELY NOT. The product is dry, and not at all potent. Sometimes I only get 2.75-3 gram instead of what I paid for. I’ve moved over to Surterra where I can get premium for $35 an eighth, and sometimes $15 for mids. If you want me to come back in once a week like used to — that Buddah’s Hand & Granny Smith needs to come down to $35 or $40, and your quality needs to come WAY UP, until then 👋🏼 ✌️

Was looking forward to the new weed but when I got home and opened it up I was very upset. It was so dry that all you had to do is squeeze it and it turned to dust. I called them and was told by this guy on the phone that I would get a refund. All the gave me is a return and replacement and it was the same but maybe worse. They said that it had to do with the way it was cured. Whatever. It was bad weed. Will never buy anything from them. Again.

I love this place everybody's friendly and knowledgeable you can tell they care and want to be there The products are great, the pricing is pretty good and I dabbed into the points program today and I got to say I am very happy with all the goodies I got for $0

I mean they can take your money and give you an eighth that when touched turns to dust and weighs probably less than half a gram for it all. Bad business. Poor quality control. Gave my wife a boveda pack like it can undue the thc and terpene loss. That was a slap in the face after giving me a jar of weed that looked like has been harvested since before Cain killed able. But according to the label it hasn’t been a month. And their eighths less than a gram. Come in man. It’s robbery. I don’t like to be robbed. How come I’m getting robbed by the dispensary!?!?!?

Very nice, was after most other dispensaries closed for the evening so was very relieved to see they were open a tad bit later. Was clean, very quick, nice staff, helpful staff as well. Worked hard to get me the discounts I qualified for. Would recommend
